In order to register you should send a mail to iceb2009@gmail.com with the three following files attached::

• Completed Registration Form (attached file registration form)
• Abstract, (if making a presentation ICEB 2009. Attendants can present only two contributions: one as first author and the other as co-author) (see instructions on abstract presentation)
• Scanned receipt as proof of payment if payment has been electronically wired, or scanned credit card statement if payment made in this way (attached file credit card paymentad)

We regret to inform that, for organizational motives, we cannot keep on offering registration plus lodging in the Panamericano Hotel. Nevertheless those people interested in staying at the Panamericano they can register themselves personally to the mail reservasbariloche@panamericano.us, pointing out that they are participants of this event in order the hotel apply discount policy. (U$S 121 single or double room) 

Registration and acceptance of oral presentations will be confirmed on receipt of corresponding fees. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail.
Included in the registration fees are the following: Programme, Record of Abstracts, Entrance to Conferences and Round Table events, and the Welcome cocktail party. The Farewell Dinner is not included. More information will be provided about this dinner at a later date. It is important that congress participants indicate on the registration form whether they plan to attend the dinner.
